Boil potatoes & peas.
Heat oil, add chopped onion,tomato,ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
After few minutes add onion paste & all spices.
Add boiled potatoes & peas.Mix it well.
Add salt & sugar.Stir it constantly.
Add 1 cup of hot water.Cover it & cook it well.
After 10 to 15 minutes open the lid & adjust salt & gravy.
Add garam masala & coriander leaves.Mix it well & switch off the flame.
Serve it with butter roti or any parantha.
